Training.
Your Business begins here with our residential Training Course. You will receive comprehensive hands on training, in order that you
can in turn train your workforce to the standards of The Guild of Master Craftsmen, and maintain our national standards of excellence.
A professional video is supplied covering all aspects of your hands on training, so that you are able to replicate your training, when
you in turn train your workforce, the training can take place in any suitable location, using your video for back up, also using
professional equipment. You will be shown how to manage your new business, using either our own software, or how to use our Company
registered Sage package, or manually, for non-computer users. We will guide you through every aspect of managing your business,
including - marketing, profitability, customer care, telephone technique, administration which includes-vehicle requirements,
including layout of orders, delivery sequence, pricing, payments to your workforce, (using our unique Contact for Services).
Dry Cleaning training will be arranged for you, at your local dry cleaners, before you commence trading.
Our Quality Manual explains your legal requirements; also advice is always available from our Company Secretary, who is a Chartered Accountant.
